Get to the gym early, before anyone in the house realises you are up you will be done with your sweat session by the time they can scream BREAKFAST PLEASE. 2. Workout at home for a few minutes a day. If you cannot get to the gym then make a plan for home workouts that will barely make a dent in your social plans ;) 3. Stick to your healthy breakfast at least. This will set you up with a pretty clean palate ready to take on any

Weekend derail 11/02/2016 I find that so many of us go crazy on the weekends. We feel so deprived from sticking to such a clean plan that come weekend all we want to do is stuff our faces. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but think about it this way; if you want to so badly escape what you are doing everyday then how will you find longevity on this plan? We need balance, it is only human to want all these different flavours and textures so why not make it work into your weekly plan so that come weekend you don’t feel
